COVID-19 RESPONSE

At Merrimack Dental Associates our primary concern is to deliver your dental care in the safest possible environment.  As we always practice to the highest level of infection control standards, you will notice many changes at your next dental visit.  We have implemented these changes to ensure your safety and minimize exposure risk to our staff.

  • Pre-Patient screening prior to appointments

  • Hand sanitizing stations and patient mask protocol

  • Modifications to waiting area and patient check in protocols

  • Routine disinfection of frequently touched surfaces like door handles, counters, chairs, etc.

  • Daily employee screening for signs of illness and strict enforcement of sick policies

  • Added PPE: including N95/KN95 and level III masks for all staff

  • Reduction in use of aerosol generating procedures: no use of hygiene ultrasonic scalers

  • Increased use of high evacuation suction, rubber dams and the Isodry and the ReLeaf systems to decrease aerosol production

  • Implementation of air purifiers
